How does it work?

Join our mailing list to receive your first order discount code, choose your meals from our plans and add to basket, insert your discount code into box then proceed to checkout where you can pay and request delivery or collection.

When is the cut-off for orders?

We must receive orders before 11pm on Fridays to ensure you order will be ready for delivery/collection 2 days later on the Monday. This is to give us time to order fresh stock and to prepare, cook, and package your orders.

What if I miss the cut-off on Friday 11pm?

Unfortunately you will not receive your order on the Monday and any orders logged after 11pm Friday will be produced the following week (9 days later).

Can you prepare meals for any other days?

Not at the moment but we plan to change this and add another production day in the future.


When are your delivery days/or which days can we collect?

We can deliver only on the Monday for the moment (6 mile radius from the shop) and all orders can be collected on Monday after 4pm from our shop on 712 Pollokshaws Road. You will receive an email to let you know it’s ready.


How much do the meals cost?

Our meals prices start from lean (£5) maintenance (£6) and bulk (£7) before any discounts are applied.

Do we receive discounts on meals?

You will receive 15% off on your first meals if you join our mailing list prior to checking out, and if you enjoy the food and service we will send you another code for 10% by email to use on every subsequent order. We will also send additional codes every so often as a thanks for your loyalty.

The Food

How fresh is the food?

We work through the night and early hours of Monday morning to cook, chill, and pack your orders so they can be as fresh as possible on delivery day.

How long will our meals stay fresh?

Most meals will stay fresh for 5 days (fish 3 days) in the refrigerator, as long as you follow the instructions on the label regarding refrigeration.

Can the meals be frozen?

Absolutely, we’ve performed thorough testing and our meals can be frozen for up to 30 day but we suggest you take your meal out 12 hours before and defrost in the refrigerator prior to heating up and eating.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, and we will be looking to expand on all our range of products in the future.

Will the dishes ever change?

Yes, we will be regularly updating our menu with new dishes every 4 to 5 weeks but we will be sure to keep the ones which are most popular with our customers.
